So, while most providers can leverage gamification tools to track effort metrics like sales calls made, conversions, talk time, etc., we’ve taken this a step further to score in real-time effectiveness metrics like keyword adherence used on calls. This gives a unique real-time view into both volumes of work and impact of that work at the individual, team, and company levels.”
